Timber drying control system is the main product from Alent Dynamic AB.
The timber drying control software, Alent Dynamic®, is a modularized server client solution for one or several PCs on the latest software platforms in Windows 10. This makes Alent Dynamic® easily adapted to International standards and company needs.
The software is designed to be hardware independent. This will meet company and regional interest to use a common PLC to operate the kiln equipment. The drying schedule and the interval sequences are calculated by Pumpsim®, developed by Alent, in order to optimize the drying.
The timber drying control system also includes adaptive functions for automatic adjustments to variations in input moister content and variation in available heat and outdoor climate. The timber drying control system consists of one common PC with Alent Dynamic® software and one PLC for each kiln, ethernet connection and internet access for support.
