Ferwood's sales team have decades of experience and knowledge in panel processing machinery and furniture production and so are perfectly placed to help our customers indentify and specify the right machine for their production. Backed up by our technical engineering team we can modify and customise machines to suit the customer demands perfectly. As part of this process the sales team can find the best solution in respect of the machine condition and availablity for the customer.
Ferwood offers machines in three different conditions to suit the expectations, budget and delivery time constraints of our customers.
1) The “As Is” sales condition: machines are offered and sold exactly in their current condition without checking or testing.
2) The “Checked and Tested” sales condition: for supplying a machine in this condition, we ensure the operational condition of the woodworking machines by performing a customised functional check-up for each machine type.
3) The “Reconditioned and Guaranteed” machine condition with the “Ferwood Approved” certificate is our flagship: the machine is brought back to the condition it was when new and offered with a warranty.
